This is beyond our ability to anticipate. Items listed as having more features than they do will be acceptable for refund or exchange. Errors of that nature will not entitle customers to express shipping.

Shipping & Order Processing Time:
Packages are processed in a first come first served basis. It may take up to 1 - 5 business days to be processed and shipped. The buyer must arrange for receipt of the product. If you will not be available at the shipping address when the carrier comes to deliver, please coordinate a solution with the carrier. All returned or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the shipping fee to the buyer. Cablemart will not accept return or refund request for a delayed delivery.

Warranty:

Cablemart, Inc. will repair or replace defective merchandise for a period of one year from the invoice date. Customer is responsible for the shipping to ship the products back to CableMart Inc. and Cablemart is responsible for the shipping to ship the replacement to customer. No cross shipping.  Under no circumstances will a call-tag be issued.

 This warranty does not cover circumstances beyond Cablemart's control, nor does it cover abuse of the merchandise whether intentional or unintentional. Cablemart, Inc. will not be responsible for any consequential, incidental, or collateral damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use of any product. Additional manufacturer's warranties, if any, are the customer's responsibility.

Exception: 

  1. CPUs carry a 21 day, replacement-only warranty. No credit can be given for CPUs.
  2. Items designated as "Special" on an invoice are non-returnable, though manufacturer's warranties may apply.
  3. All software sales are final. Software is not returnable. CableMart, Inc. does not provide technical support for software.

Returns 

No cash (cash, check, credit card, cash card) refunds will be given. Only exception: items listed as having more features than they do.

All credit requests/returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit request must be made within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. No returns after 30 days. Credit given are for in-store use only.

No credit will be given for CPUs and memory (see warranty procedure above).

Limitation of Liability
In all circum circumstances CableMart Inc.'s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Cablemart Inc. shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Cablemart Inc. shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not Cablemart Inc. is apprised of the possibility of such claims or damages.
