HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
No products can be returned to Cablemart, Inc. without prior authorization
from Cablemart, Inc. All RMA requests must be submitted in writing on a CableMart, Inc.
RMA Request Form and accompanied by the product invoice. You may fax your RMA request to
(256) 772-7082. You will be assigned an RMA number. All RMA request must be accompanied
by the original invoice.
After you have been assigned an RMA number, you may ship your
product(s) to:
CableMart, Inc.

Please make sure you:
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside
of the box(es)
- Include a copy of your invoice in the box.
- Include all original cables, manuals, software, etc.
All RMA request are subject to inspection by the service department
to determine failure/neglect status. If a product is found non-defective upon inspection,
it will be returned to the customer with a $40.00 testing fee.
Things to remember:
- Standard RMA procedure will involve replacement of the merchandise upon
receipt of the defective unit.
- CableMart will not cross-ship merchandise.
- Abuse and/or neglect is NOT covered by your warranty.
- All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging.
Merchandise returned with missing parts or packaging will delay your replacement.
- Software is NOT included in your warranty.
- CableMart will pay standard UPS ground rates to
ship replacement products back to the customer. Any additional requested shipping cost
will be billed to the customer.
- CableMart does not issue "call tags."
- Systems, not built by CableMart, Inc. or modified by the user are
subject to standard labor charges.
