1. Absolutely, no returns on any special order items (items designated by "Special" as the item code on an invoice).
2. No cash refunds will be given for any reason. Credit will be issued on an in-house basis only.
3. All credit requests and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
4. Returns (credit request) are valid for 30 days from the invoice date. No returns after 30 days.
5. No credit will be given for CPUs and memory (see warranty procedure).
6. Under no circumstances will a call-tag be issued.

Terminology

A credit request is the return of a functional item for in-house credit.

A return is sending back a functional item for credit or exchange for a different item. (e.g. A customer orders a modem then decides what they really need is a network card.)

The words "return" and "credit request" are interchangeable for purposes of CableMart, Inc.'s warranty.
